Over the past year, we've grown our team, welcomed new senior consultants and expanded the range of projects we deliver. Alongside transport planning, we're increasingly leading research projects, stakeholder engagement and policy development, giving our graduates the opportunity to gain experience across a broad range of work rather than being confined to one specialist area.
Unlike many larger consultancies, you'll work directly alongside experienced consultants, contribute to live projects from the beginning and see the real impact of your work. You'll be encouraged to ask questions, develop your ideas and build the confidence and skills needed to become a successful consultant.
