Neal Byers

Neal has an excellent track record in economic and transport policy and business case development. Neal’s strength is in balancing technical requirements against political considerations. He has developed a multi-disciplinary team and is keen to explore new collaborations.

Emma Roberts

​Emma is a transport planner with over 20 years’ experience and is a qualified Better Business Cases Practitioner. She has extensive expertise in business cases, funding bids, and policy development for clients including DfT, Network Rail, and local authorities.

Ryan is a highly experienced highways designer with over 25 years of expertise in the design, development, and modelling of geometrical designs for major infrastructure projects. Helping the team to deliver safe, efficient, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Dawn Rahman

Dawn has over 25 years’ experience in sustainable transport, road safety, and active travel, working across academia, local authorities, not-for-profits, and consultancy. She specialises in project management and mixed-methods research, including a PhD on cycling, and has strong expertise in transport plans, strategies, and monitoring and evaluation

Senior Transport Planner

Sam Farrington 

Sam is a senior transport planner with excellent analytical skills and experience working on politically challenging active travel projects. 

He is interested in how data can be used to to drive the approach of solving complex transport problems to improve sustainable transport choices.

Evan has completed her MSc in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Sheffield and is now using her skills in analytical research and writing to help deliver transport planning and policy projects.

Graduate Transport Planner

Lucas Craxford-Kearley

Lucas graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2024 with a BSc in Geography, writing his dissertation on wheelchair access on Sheffield's bus network. He is now using his analytical skills to help to provide safe, efficient and sustainable transport solutions.
